Pune based Customer Engagement (Loyalty) Company, MiracleCartes (Miracle Smart Card Pvt. Ltd.) has signed a Contract with a Hospitality Management Company in East Africa.

As per the contract, the Hospitality Management Company has bought the Loyalty Platform variant license applicable for Hospitality sector in their region. MiracleCartes would integrate the Loyalty Platform with their Hospitality applications and provide full-fledged customer engagement features to their existing and new clients . The current platform variant will be custom developed to meet the specific requirements of hospitality sector and region.

After the contract was signed (in Sept this year), both the organizations engaged and integrated the platform with their application for a new fast food restaurant. The Restaurant is using the platform for customer enrollment and Online ordering , with future plans to add on the loyalty feature upon its launch of its second outlet opening soon.

MiracleCartes considers this win as a big opportunity to implement the loyalty platform in this specialized and complex hospitality sector and expand into new region
